Exam's over, blogger's back...

Took my last paper this morning. That marks the end of this semester, and my first year in university.

I just realised that the last time I posted something here was almost 6 months ago, which means I posted NOTHING here this semester. I guess that aptly shows how busy I have been these few months.

I won't be back in KK till 19 May. Ah, excuse me, but it's time for mamak-ing. I'll stop here. More posts coming in the near future, promise. =)

Back in Sabah

I'm finally back to KK after nearly 5 months in KL. Missed mom and her cooking a lot.

It does feel a bit odd here though, trying to adapt to all the changes. For one, TMNet is now controlling the P2P bandwidth. Darn! And I was so optimistic about getting my dose of Bleach... I'm going to downgrade my Streamyx plan for sure.

I will return to KL on December 23. For now, I'll just get some well deserved rest and get in touch with old friends.

By the way, we celebrated Ka Han and Joanne's 21st birthday the other day. Some pictures:

Halu halu

Have been living my newly attained varsity life to its fullest, so much so that I've neglected this litle blog of mine.

Anyway, I just got myself a new "family" here in my college. So I guess it's a good thing to introduce them...

Let's start with the family photo. The four ladies sitting in front are my "moms". No daddy in my family. The rest are my siblings. In case you are wondering, yours truly is the one clad in black and orange shirt.

They're quite playful as you can see...

There is another family which is closely connected to us, as "cousins". This is the extended family photo.

And recently, we went out to eat steamboat.

Some happy and excited faces.

So that's the end of today's post, which is pretty lame. That's what happens when I get less than 5 hours of sleep for a few consecutive days.

Back & Blogging

Right at this moment in time I'm typing this piece of update in my faculty's computer lab.

If you noticed, I did not post anything for the whole of last month. It's been a hectic month. The first week was orientation week, during which I averaged only two and a half hours of sleep per day. Oh yes, there's something I must write about... Here, we have a unique tradition of having shouting matches between residential colleges during orientation week. Shouting matches, literally. It looks like this: First imagine 5000 divided into 10 groups shouting their cheers in a free-for-all setting. Then insert intense rivalries, alliances and funny mascots in between the organized mess. Ah, and not forgetting the occasional human waves.

The other weeks were a bit duller, filled with lectures, tutorials, activities and lots of mall trips.

... Ok, I've just been hit by the writer's block. This post ends abruptly here. No worry though, like Arnie likes to say, "I'll be back..."

My silly snip of thought

Hahaha... She must have been really bored. I'm pretty retarded when it comes to girls.

I guess I'll have to refrain from having dates until I meet a speech therapist or a love doctor.
